What does Somatic means?

Somatics recognizes the body as an intelligent, interconnected system that stores experiences, emotions, and memories within its tissues. Trauma and stress create patterns of tension and disconnection, but through deep touch, breath and awareness, we can reintegrate the body and mind. Somatic techniques create a safe space for release, restoring self-awareness and balance. Healing is not just the mind understanding the body—it is the body remembering its innate capacity for connection and resilience.

Deep Tissue Release

Deep Tissue Release is a powerful somatic practice that helps unlock tension stored deep within the body’s fascia and muscles. By applying sustained pressure to specific areas, it encourages the release of physical and emotional blockages, allowing energy to flow more freely. Though the process can be intense and sometimes painful, this discomfort often leads to profound relaxation and a renewed sense of connection with the body. As tightness dissolves, the nervous system shifts from stress to ease, creating long-lasting therapeutic effects. Over time, deep tissue release not only restores mobility and reduces pain but also supports emotional resilience, helping the body remember its natural state of balance and flow.

Gentle Chiropractic Adjustments

Deep tissue therapy and chiropractic adjustments work synergistically to release tension and restore balance. Deep tissue work loosens tight muscles, increases circulation, and prepares the body for gentle chiropractic manipulations, making realignment smoother and more effective. Chiropractic adjustments restore joint mobility, relieve pressure, and enhance nervous system function, while also unlocking stored energy blockages from stress and trauma. Together, these therapies reset the body, promoting relaxation, better movement, and overall well-being, supporting the body’s natural healing process.

My Path as a Body Therapist

The development of the Chirosomatic technique is the result of years of study and applied practice. I have trained in energy work methods such as Reiki and Chakra theory, as well as various massage techniques, including deep tissue, shiatsu, swedish, sports massage, lymphatic drainage, and myofascial release. Additionally, I have studied chiropractic approaches such as alphabiotic therapy and diversified chiropractic techniques. Over time, I have integrated these methods to create my own unique approach.I invite you to experience it—to release deep-seated blockages, restore balance, and reconnect your body and mind in a state of harmony.
